Warranty
Magnum® Stone, under the terms and conditions listed below,
warrants its product to be free from manufacturing defects
for the period of 10 years from the original date of installation.
Should the material be found to contain defects or to develop
defects after the original installation, Magnum Building Products
will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product at
no charge to the owner. Please note that warranty must be
registered within 60 days of installation.
Registration for this warranty should be made by the owner
of the installation by returning a warranty card provided
by the installer or by submitting the online at www.magnumbp.com
Terms and Conditions
1. This warranty is limited to the original owner of the
installation. Warranty may be transferred if request is made
in writing by new owner of the installation to Magnum Building
Products at 46615 Tennis Island Road, Wellesley Island, NY
13640.
2. This warranty is limited to owner occupied residential
or commercial properties located in North America.
3. Owner must have proof of purchase such as sales receipt
or invoice showing installation is a product. It must also
show date of installation and name of installer.
4. Owner must allow a Magnum® Stone representative to
inspect the product and warranty will be available only once
the Magnum® Stone representative determines that a warrantable
defect exists.
5. The product must be maintained according to terms of the
Care and Use Guide available from Magnum Building Products
or from the source of installation purchase.
6. This warranty does not cover damages caused by abuse,
accidents, and acts of nature, job site conditions, normal
wear or abnormal use.
7. You must agree to cooperate with Magnum Building Products
or its authorized agents in the inspection of the product
and will assist us in efforts to perform our obligations under
this warranty. Magnum Building Products will seek to obtain
the best possible result whether we decide to repair or replace
your installation; however, exact color match is never guaranteed.
8. This warranty does not cover “honed” finishes
or finishes that have been altered.
9. This warranty does not cover improper installation or
damages caused by improper storage or handling by the installer
or installation error.
10. This warranty does not apply to the Breton Series product
when used as a floor covering or exterior applications.
11. Magnum Building Products sole responsibility and liability
under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at Magnum
Building Products option, the products shown to be defective,
during the warranty period. Magnum Building Products shall
have no liability for any other loss, expense or damage, as
a result of the installation of Magnum® Stone. Under no
circumstances shall Magnum Building Products be liable for
indirect, punitive, consequential, special or any other similar
damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, business
interruption or any other loss.
12. Magnum Building Products does not warrant this product
for the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
or use and other than the warranty made here no other express
of implied representation or guarantee is made by Magnum Building
Products. Not all states allow limits on implied warranties
so this may not apply to you.

This is the only product warranty made by Magnum Building
Products for installed Magnum® Stone. No dealer, fabricator,
distributor or any other person is authorized to make any
warranty, promise or representation on behalf of Magnum Building
Products.
