Application
Magnum™ Sheathing  For use over metal or wood framed exteriors, Magnum® Sheathing is easily installed using either manual or pneumatic (strongly recommended) tools. Magnum® Sheathing can be finished with many products including paint, stucco, non-cementitous applications, tile and siding. And like all Magnum® Board products, Magnum® Sheathing is virtually impervious to fire, water, insects; does not feed mold or mildew; is non-toxic; provides dimensional stability even when wet; and an exceptional bonding surface. No more worrying about shrinkage if installed wet or damp.
Magnum™ Soffit For use over metal or wood framed exteriors, Magnum® Soffit is easily installed using either manual or pneumatic (strongly recommended) tools. Magnum® Soffit, like all Magnum® Board products is virtually impervious to fire, water, insects; does not feed mold or mildew; is non-toxic; provides dimensional stability even when wet; and an exceptional bonding surface. Got rain at the job site? No problem with Magnum® Soffit. It can be installed wet or dry without the worry of shrinkage as it dries.
Magnum™ Fascia For use over metal or wood framed exteriors Magnum® Fascia is easily installed using either manual or pneumatic (strongly recommended) tools. Magnum® Fascia, like all Magnum® Board products is virtually impervious to fire, water, insects; does not feed mold or mildew; is non-toxic; provides dimensional stability even when wet; and an exceptional bonding surface. Got rain at the job site? No problem with Magnum® Fascia. It can be installed wet or dry without the worry of shrinkage as it dries.
Magnum™ Wallboard & Ceiling Board For use over metal or wood framing, Magnum® Wallboard and Magnum® Ceiling Board is easily installed using either manual or pneumatic (strongly recommended) tools. Magnum® Wallboard and Magnum® Ceiling Board, like all Magnum® Board products are virtually impervious to fire, water, insects; do not feed mold or mildew; are non-toxic; provides dimensional stability even when wet; and an exceptional bonding surface. Because of their smooth and durable surfaces, a level 5 drywall finish can be achieved with little effort. Magnum Board finishes can include painting, interior stucco, brick, tile, wall paper and other finish applications.
Magnum™ Backer and Underlayment

For use over metal or wood framed walls and floors; and as an underlayment for counter and vanity tops. Magnum® Backer and Underlayment are excellent for use in wet or damp areas such as bathrooms, laundry rooms, kitchens, basements and pool areas because they are virtually impervious to fire, water and insects; will not feed mold or mildew; and are non toxic. They provide excellent dimensional stability, bonding surface capability and durability. Finishes can include such products as latex paints, wall paper and tiles of all types. For tile applications use only thinset mortor adhesives. Avoid using Type 1 or Type 2 organic mastic adhesives which are significantly inferior to thinset.

Magnum™ Shaft-liner & Area Separation Wall Sheathing For use over metal or wood framing, Magnum® Shaft-liner, like all Magnum® Board Products, is virtually impervious to fire, water, insects; does not feed mold or mildew; is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-combustible. Magnum® Shaft-liner and Area Separation Wall panels are ideal for use in moisture prone vertical and horizontal shaft wall assemblies, stairwell and area separation wall applications. Based on fire testing, approximately one-half of Magnum® Panel thicknesses are required to achieve fire ratings – reducing both schedule and labor costs.
